We believe that every person deserves the support they need to thrive, regardless of money. Work should revolve around people, not the other way around. With our 25’ rainbreak sessions we want to give people the right tools, space to reflect and room to grow.

We observed that often small teams are at a disadvantage — and that's not fair. Large companies invest in development; people are able to grow, to stay engaged and statistically burn out less. 

Small companies don't have that budget — their teams face more pressure, more uncertainty and little more than informal training. The gap keeps widening.

We believe we can create fairness — by giving small teams tools they can use on a day to day basis in our structured 25-minute learning sessions for building up continuous, sustainable resilience.

What are 25’ rainbreak sessions?

Short, intensive learning units for small teams (5-12 people) that develop team skills as well as people management and leadership abilty. Each session lasts 25 minutes, is based on proven techniques and methods, and can be applied immediately – no preparation or homework required.

Ok, but what exactly are they?

They are microlearning in a team format: a combination of training, coaching and peer learning that reduces complex topics to their essentials. In 25 minutes, a specific topic is addressed (e.g. setting boundaries, giving feedback, prioritising tasks). The sessions take place online, ideally in the morning. They fit into the working day instead of interrupting it.

Got it. Tell me again - what is special about it?

• The length: 25 minutes is scientifically optimal for adult learning – long enough for depth, short enough for maximum concentration.

• Curated knowledge: The topics are prepared and selected so that they can be applied directly. There are at least 3 key learnings in each session.

• Reflection and peer learning: Some of the knowledge is acquired through reflection. Participants learn from each other through exchanges in small groups (5-12).

• Follow-up: To ensure that the knowledge is not forgotten, we conduct one or two follow-ups after each session.

• Accessibility: No corporate budget required. High-quality development even for smaller teams and companies.
