So we built something different. No full-day workshops, no corporate budgets required. Just focused, human-sized learning that fits into the working day — and actually sticks.

To rainbreak is a technique you can easily integrate into your professional day. A meaningful 25 minute break dedicated to personal and collective growth — a space where individuals in small teams can learn, reflect and begin transforming their work life into a healthier one. When teams rainbreak regularly, more wellbeing follows: both at work and beyond.
What are 25' Rainbreak sessions?
Short, intensive learning units for small teams of 5–12 people, designed to develop team skills, people management and leadership. Each session lasts exactly 25 minutes, draws on proven methods and can be applied immediately — no preparation or homework required.
Microlearning in a team format: a blend of training, coaching and peer learning that distils complex topics down to what truly matters. Sessions take place online, ideally in the morning, fitting into the working day rather than interrupting it.
What makes them special?
The length. 25 minutes is scientifically optimal for adult learning — long enough for depth, short enough for full concentration.
Curated knowledge. Every topic is carefully selected and prepared for direct application. Each session delivers at least 3 key learnings.
Reflection and peer learning. Knowledge is deepened through reflection and exchange. Participants learn with and from each other in small groups.
Follow-up. To make sure learning sticks, each session is followed by one or two short follow-ups.
